Kaitlyn Emery 

Kaitlyn Emery has over 15 years of management and accounting expertise. She began her career at her family's custom wood door business, advancing from bookkeeper to office manager, where she gained experience in financial management, operations, and human resources. Kaitlyn holds dual Associate degrees and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of North Texas.
Shifting her focus to accounting, Kaitlyn earned several certifications, including a professional accountancy certificate qualifying her for the CPA exam. She honed her skills as an office manager for a restaurant equipment manufacturer and as a contract bookkeeper for small businesses. Later, she became an operations manager for a veterinary clinic chain, expanding the business from 2 to 8 locations and increasing the team from 20 to 150 employees within 3 years.
Amid a challenging period for her family's business, Kaitlyn returned to lead process improvements, optimize the bidding system, and secure significant contracts, resulting in stabilized operations and renewed success. Now at Bluecrest Financial Alliances as a financial controller, she leverages her expertise to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and drive results. She values Bluecrest's forward-thinking approach and is committed to delivering excellence in client service.
Outside of work, Kaitlyn volunteers with animal rescue organizations and enjoys caring for her pets.
